Contract Benefits Enrollment Administrators

to support our clients during the high-impact open enrollment season. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals with a strong background in

benefits, compensation, and leave administration

to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Guide employees through benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries across medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Assist with compensation data management, benchmarking, and support annual merit and bonus cycles. Administer leave programs including FMLA, STD, ADA, and personal leave. Coordinate workers' compensation reporting and claims. Provide hands-on support for open enrollment setup, reporting, reconciliation, and employee assistance. Reconcile benefit invoices and manage vendor communications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies through accurate documentation and recordkeeping. What We're Looking For: 2-4 years of experience in benefits, compensation, or leave administration. Proficiency in

ADP Workforce Now

and advanced

Excel skills

(VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Solid understanding of

FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA , and workers' compensation regulations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven mindset. Pay Details:

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour
