Pay Range: $42 - $46 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Java and JavaScript, proficient in MySQL, with ITIL knowledge and experience with CSS/XHTML for front-end development troubleshooting. The role involves resolving complex issues for partners and customers, managing technical cases, and serving as a subject matter expert within the support department. The ideal candidate must excel in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating an ability to communicate technical solutions effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers a pathway to professional growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Debug JavaScript code and find optimized solutions to custom codes. Use the platform to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Manage and own the resolution process for technical cases created by customers. Gain an understanding of the platform and use it effectively to solve customer problems. Work collaboratively in a team environment to share knowledge and improve customer service quality.
Must-Have Skills:
Deep understanding of Java and JavaScript. Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL. Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
