Trueline's is seeking an experienced
Concrete Foreman
to join their team in Newark, NJ, with projects across a 50-mile radius. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide crews on multiple active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do as the Concrete Foreman:
Lead and supervise crews of 20+ workers across various concrete projects
Work alongside your team on walls, forms, foundations, footers, slabs, sidewalks, masonry, and rebar installation
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision and accuracy
Plan and coordinate logistics, materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects on schedule
Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on every site
Communicate clearly with crews and company leadership to maintain project momentum
Identify and solve on-site challenges to avoid delays or costly rework
Must-Haves as the Concrete Foreman:
Proven leadership experience in concrete construction, preferably as a foreman or similar role
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Clear communication skills with both crews and management
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice-to-Haves as the Concrete Foreman:
Portuguese-speaking ability (many crew members are native Portuguese speakers)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
