Job Description: Unilux Brand We are seeking a motivated and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all clients and visitors. This role requires an individual who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments. Schedule appointments and manage calendar for office staff. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with efficiency. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers). Benefits
