Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries accordingly. Schedule and manage appointments for staff and clients. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
