Job Title: CMM Programmer

As a key contributor to our new product launch team, the CMM Programmer creates inspection programs and determines inspection methods to evaluate machined part quality against customer specifications. This role also involves supporting engineering in implementing product revisions and process improvements, as well as providing other inspection services. Responsibilities

Set up, program, and complete dimensional inspections using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Interpret complicated drawings, control plans, process instructions, and work instructions to determine features to be inspected. Use micrometers, calipers, and an extensive array of other gauges to complete planned inspections. Document detailed inspection results and full dimensional layouts for submission to customers. Essential Skills

Experience in CMM programming and operation. Proficiency in GD&T and PC-DMIS software. Experience performing dimensional inspections using a CMM with PC-DMIS software. Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word). Additional Skills & Qualifications

Formal training in GD&T, metrology, and CMM programming. PC-DMIS CAD/CAM experience. C++, CNC programming, Mastercam, Embedded software, Machining, Mill, Blueprint, Lathe, Micrometer, Calipers, Height gauges. Why Work Here?

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $70,000.00/yr. Benefits include health, vision, dental, short‑term disability, union benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Workplace Type
