Position Overview

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated ERP Data and Planning Specialist who will work under the Supply Chain umbrella. Primary responsibilities include entering/processing, maintaining, and guaranteeing the accuracy of ERP master data (such as BOMs, item information, routings) to reflect the material and processes in controlled warehouse and manufacturing areas. This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and thrives in a busy environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure accurate upload and maintenance of ERP product data (Item Master Records, BOMs, Preferred Suppliers, Inventory Classifications, Counting Groups, and other product configurations) and ensure accuracy of all changes.

Determine appropriate manufacturing schedules with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Inventory & Operations Planning and cascade schedules to the Supply Chain group, including changes impacting manufacturing batch records and item master data within the ERP system.

Collaborate with manufacturing for processing all work orders, transfer orders, and component issuances within the ERP system, related to patient processes.

Work with manufacturing on proper dispositioning of excess material post patient process and ensure accurate ERP accounting.

Continuously assess ERP product data using action and exception reports to maintain data quality and integrity.

Coordinate with the ERP partner of record for maintenance activities that may cause system downtime.

Develop and track KPIs for reporting in quarterly management meetings.

Execute other tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with ERP master data in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's (BA) degree or combination of education and experience.

1-3 years of work experience in any of the following: Material Procurement & Planning, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or Cell & Gene Therapy.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; ability to learn reporting transactions in ERP, eQMS, CMMS etc. NetSuite experience a plus.

Ability to learn reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills to interact with management and staff; strong writing and time management skills; ability to work independently or in a team; ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines.
