Founding Project Manager

As a Founding Project Manager, you'll oversee
end-to-end implementations
of an AI-powered loan origination platform at Tier 1 banksdriving efficiency, compliance, and innovation. You'll partner with
C-suite executives, business unit leaders, and engineering teams
to deliver projects that redefine how banks operate. Key Responsibilities
Lead complex software implementation projects ($5M+) from strategy through execution. Design and manage implementation roadmaps that navigate regulatory requirements, legacy integrations, and change management. Build scalable methodologies to accelerate platform adoption across financial institutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business, and compliance teams. Establish project management best practices for fintech-bank partnerships. What You'll Bring 4+ years of experience in
management consulting or project leadership , ideally with top-tier firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). If from firms like Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC, experience with
financial services projects
is required.
Proven success in managing large-scale
software development or implementation projects . Background in
financial services, fintech, or high-growth startups . MBA or Master's
from a top-tier program. Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineers. Excellent
client-facing communication and presentation
skills. Passion for thriving in a
fast-paced, high-intensity startup
environment.
