Founding Project Manager

You'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and traditional banking operations, orchestrating implementations that turn months-long loan processes into minutes-long decisions. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end implementations of our AI-powered loan origination platform at Tier 1 banks, working directly with C-suite executives, business unit and technology leaders
Design and execute complex project strategies that navigate regulatory requirements, legacy system integrations, and organizational change management
Build scalable implementation methodologies that accelerate our expansion across the banking industry
Drive cross-functional collaboration between our engineering teams, bank stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Establish project management excellence that sets the standard for fintech-bank partnerships
What you bring: 4+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or project leadership experience at a top tech company
Proven track record managing large-scale software development and/or implementation projects ($5M+)
Industry experience in financial services
Strong cross-functional team leadership skills (business & engineering)
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Bonus points: Background in fintech or lending industry
Experience with AI-related projects
Previous experience at a high-growth startup
MBA from a top-tier program
