Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning module, ensuring system accuracy, master data integrity, and smooth daily operations.

Run daily/weekly/monthly planning cycles, including demand, supply, and replenishment planning to support field operations.

Align planning outputs with field service schedules, ensuring required materials, spare parts, and tools are positioned in advance for site operations.

Manage inter‑site inventory balancing across renewable energy sites, ensuring optimized stock allocation and reduced stockouts/excess.

Review planning inputs and outputs to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities impacting field performance.

Generate and present key planning and operational KPIs (material readiness, stock availability, service levels, etc.) to Field Operations leadership.

Support field decision‑making through simulations and scenario modeling within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Partner closely with procurement, supply chain, and field service teams to ensure alignment on planning outputs and operational execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, MIS (Management Information System), engineering, or related field.

3‑5 years of experience in relevant discipline, preferably in the renewable energy and utilities industry.

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning (or similar advanced ERP planning modules).

Work within maintenance programs, material requirements, and warehouse management.

Demonstrated success facilitating communications between Engineering, EAM Team, Field Ops and Supply Chain to verify, request, and assist in procurement of material items.

Track record of effective interpretation of system generated maintenance and material forecasts.

Deep understanding of planning execution within Oracle or similar ERP system, including running daily/weekly/monthly planning cycles.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret large data sets and provide clear recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of engineering concepts: form, fit, and function.

Compensation & Benefits The expected starting pay range for this role is $40.00 - $50.00 Hourly USD. Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full‑time employees of all levels.
