We are seeking a poised and detail-oriented

Receptionist

to become the welcoming face of Swift 7 Consultants. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced setting. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, setting the tone for a professional and efficient experience.

Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room logistics Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations Qualifications

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Competence with office software (MS Office Suite, email systems, etc.) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Additional Information
