Sentar is seeking a SME III Wargame Designer in Ft. Meade.
Clearance TS/SCI clearance is required with active polygraph.
Key Role Support the development of analytically defensible wargames, tabletop exercises (TTX), and seminar events for Department of Defense clients. Work as a team to ensure that wargame adjudication methodologies are sufficiently flexible to allow dynamic player action while accurately representing real‑world military capabilities. Conduct research and analysis into warfighting and national security topics in support of analytic models and wargames. Ensure accurate representation of real‑world military concepts of operations and doctrinal practices. Provide insight into game design problem sets and independently design discrete game systems which facilitate accurate game adjudication.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a wargame designer
Experience with DoD or interagency partners
Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargames
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
Additional Qualifications
Experience with providing wargame design support for cyberspace wargames, TTX, and seminars
