We are seeking a visionary and deeply experienced
Electronic Hardware Technical Expert
to lead strategic initiatives in hardware architecture, design, and innovation. This role is reserved for top-tier technical experts who demonstrate exceptional depth in electronic systems and a proven track record of influencing technology direction across the organization.
The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader, mentor, and technical advisor, driving excellence in hardware design, reliability, manufacturability, and performance across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
Lead the definition and evolution of electronic hardware architecture for next-generation products.
Provide deep technical expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, systems) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Drive innovation through research, prototyping, and evaluation of emerging technologies.
Establish and promote best practices in design, validation, and compliance with industry standards.
Mentor senior engineers and contribute to talent development across the hardware organization.
Represent the company in external technical forums, conferences, and standards bodies.
Influence long-term technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or related degree field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic hardware development.
Direct design experience of new ECU modules from prototype to production.
Experience in Electrical Electronic architecture topologies, software architecture, safety MCU/MPU, SoCs.
Extensive hands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, and signal generators.
Hands-on experience with PCB design, layout, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of reliability engineering and failure analysis.
Familiar with Automotive industry standards for electronics, design factors of safety, and product verification is desired.
Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, HFSS).
Strong teamwork, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related degree field.
15 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
Recognized expertise in one or more areas: high-speed digital design, RF systems, embedded systems, power electronics, or signal integrity.
Demonstrated leadership in complex product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong publication or patent record is highly desirable.
