What You'll Do Serve as the escalation point for technical issues our Level 1 team can't resolve. You'll diagnose and fix problems across client workstations, servers, networks, printers, VoIP systems, and business applications.

Monitor NinjaRMM for system alerts and respond by creating detailed ConnectWise tickets. Provide network-level support including WAN/LAN connectivity, VPN troubleshooting, and remote access solutions. Manage Fortinet and Cisco firewall configurations and security policies.

Handle Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration: user management, group policies, licensing, and basic conditional access configurations. Keep clients informed throughout incident resolution with clear updates they can understand.

Generate vendor quotes based on client specifications. Maintain system documentation and network diagrams.

What You Need

3-5 years of help desk or technical support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.

Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022.

Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.

Experience with enterprise firewall administration—Fortinet and Cisco; but we’ll consider other platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot systematically and document clearly.

Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and occasional after‑hours work.

Nice to Have

Experience with NinjaRMM or similar RMM platforms.

Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration experience.

Axcient cloud, Sangoma VoIP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.

Fortinet NSE certification.

PowerShell scripting skills.

Experience with Dell and Cisco hardware.
