Position Summary This position conducts research by preparing literature reviews and assisting with the collection, entry, coding and cleaning of data and providing descriptive results.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager/Principal Investigator in implementing a community‑based research program on pediatric oral health in Cook County.

Coordinate data collection efforts for a Chicago‑area health study.

Prepare data for analysis and execute details of studies. Perform analysis and document results.

Perform surveys, interviews, observations or use other methods according to established research protocols.

Order study supplies and maintain inventories.

Maintain detailed records of results and prepare written reports.

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field required.

Knowledge of fundamental research concepts, practices and procedures.

Entry‑level knowledge of research methods.

Preferred Qualifications

Spanish language dominancy preferred but not required.
