We are looking for a highly motivated
FEA Engineer / CAE Analyst
with 4–6 years of experience in
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
and
Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE)
to support
virtual product validation
of
earthmoving and mining equipment .
The ideal candidate will be skilled in
Abaqus
and
Hypermesh , capable of performing structural simulations, interpreting results, and contributing to design improvements in heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
FEA modeling, meshing, analysis, and post-processing
for heavy equipment components.
Define
loads, boundary conditions , and material properties for simulations.
Solve
non-linear problems
and debug issues in the model.
Generate detailed
technical reports
and present results to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate with offshore teams for
modeling and validation activities .
Provide technical recommendations and propose
design improvements
based on analysis results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent field (required).
Technical Skills
Must Have:
Abaqus (FEA Solver)
Good to Have:
NX Nastran
NX Modeling
Python Scripting for automation and process optimization
Strong understanding of:
Vibration and Non-Linear Bolted Joint Analysis
