Job Summary
Estimator/Project Manager at a 100% employee‑owned construction company. Salary range: $110,000 – $145,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Lead field staff in the construction of the entire project, managing all scopes (structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water).
Provide leadership to project staff and ensure quality, schedule, and budget completion.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
5–7+ years as a Construction Project Manager with general contracting experience on sitework and heavy civil projects.
Knowledgeable of all project scopes; can lead even if one area is stronger.
