Regional Sales Development Manager

Lead and execute
regional business development and sales strategies
that grow market share and strengthen brand presence.
Manage and mentor
independent sales representatives
to secure top builder, roofer, framer, commercial specifier, and multi‑family developer brand specifications.
Collaborate
closely with cross‑functional teams to bring new products and marketing initiatives to life.
Travel throughout the Southeast, supporting reps, meeting key accounts, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
What You Bring
2+ years
of success in building industry sales and sales management is a plus.
Proven ability to
develop relationships and drive specifications
with builders, roofers, framers, and commercial developers.
