We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Veeva Vault RIM. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical mindset who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within a GxP-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and user stories. Author clear, concise documentation including requirements, process flows, and use cases. Analyze and define business processes to support Regulatory Information Management (RIM) objectives. Support solution design by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. Interpret configuration specifications, security models, and permission sets within Veeva Vault RIM. Ensure documentation and system configurations align with GxP compliance and validation standards. Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, IT, and business leads to support solution deployment and change management. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a life sciences or regulated environment. Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM; certification preferred. Deep understanding of validated systems, GxP processes, and associated documentation standards. Technical aptitude with ability to read and interpret configuration specifications and system security models. Proven experience authoring business requirements, functional specs, and user stories. Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders across business and IT. Veeva Vault Certification (RIM or general Vault modules). Join Our Team at Atlas
