Pega Business Analyst (BA)
to support the development and implementation of technology solutions across multiple projects. The selected candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring user needs are captured and translated into functional Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have
at least 4 years of direct experience as a Pega Business Architect , strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between business users, stakeholders, and the technical team. Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and Lead Business Analysts to gather and define user stories and business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, and Pega workflows. Collaborate with Lead System Architects and technical teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Identify risks and propose mitigations throughout the project lifecycle. Document use cases, test cases, training material, and software release notes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and define solution acceptance criteria. Conduct business process modeling and change management activities. Coordinate stakeholder feedback sessions and backlog grooming activities. Create and maintain process flows and solution documentation. Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum
6 years of professional experience
in business analysis or a related field. At least
4 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst/Architect . Strong experience in
use case development
(minimum 4 years). Experience managing functional software requirements throughout the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Prior participation in
Agile software development environments . Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to understand and define solution needs. Experience with enterprise software configuration and deployment. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Solid experience in:
Business process modeling Change management Functional design documentation Leading test execution
IT technical background is a plus. Preferred Skills:
PEGA Business Architect Certification Experience with enterprise-level Pega applications and solutions Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum Experience creating wireframes and mockups Experience working in government or public-sector projects
