They are in immediate need of a Superintendent, who has experience in Versatile and Large Scale Public Works projects. Duties & Responsibilities
Spearhead on-site coordination for major commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Uncover creative solutions for complex construction challenges while maintaining quality reputation. Career advancement potential includes leadership roles across their expanding Nevada projects. Qualifications & Requirements
Expertise in subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing. 8+ years experience in commercial construction supervision. Exposure to public works and state-funded projects In Las Vegas Working knowledge of Procore software. BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience. Benefits and Features
Competitive salary range: $110,000 $140,000 annually. $1,200/month vehicle allowance for on-site travel needs.
