In this critical role, you will bring together scientific insights, commercialization strategies, and business acumen to effectively lead our Cemsidomide program. You will develop and implement strategic plans that align with the current commercial and patient landscape. Your background in biotechnology or pharmaceutical development, especially in late-stage and commercial program leadership in hematological oncology, makes you the perfect candidate. You will build strong partnerships across teams and with external collaborators, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the scientific, regulatory, and market dynamics in biotech. Key responsibilities include: Representing the Cemsidomide program to stakeholders internally and externally. Contributing to business development initiatives. Leading cross-functional teams for effective execution of our strategic plans. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in matrix leadership. You must excel in communication with diverse audiences and demonstrate a collaborative leadership style, strategic foresight, and the capability to proactively address challenges.
