Role Overview The On-Site Event Support serves as RedJet Entertainment’s representative during each event, ensuring a seamless, polished guest experience from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with chefs, vendors, and hosts; assisting with event setup and flow; and maintaining RedJet’s high standards of service and presentation throughout the evening. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive — comfortable managing details in real time and creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

Arrive on-site prior to each event to assist with setup and vendor coordination

Greet chefs, vendors, and guests upon arrival and manage check-in flow

Oversee timing, lighting, music, and overall guest experience throughout the event

Troubleshoot on-site needs as they arise

Capture light content (photos/video) for internal use

Assist with clean-up and load-out post-event

Requirements

Prior hospitality or event experience preferred

Comfortable in professional, client-facing environments

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Availability from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on event days

Part-time, contract position (1099)

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Compensation: Based on event duration and scope
