Responsibilities
TheSenior Accounting Manager will :
Lead the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting
Coordinate with subsidiary accountants to gather necessary financial data for consolidation purposes
Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations to achieve accurate consolidated financial statements
Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow statements, identifying key drivers and variances
Collaborate with various departments to obtain relevant information for cash flow projections and forecasts
Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding cash flow optimization.
Oversee and implement Sarbanes‑Oxley (Sox) Controls compliance procedures
Collaborate with Internal Audit teams to ensure adherence to Sox requirements and address any identified deficiencies
Continuously evaluate and enhance internal controls to maintain compliance and mitigate financial risks
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic decision‑making
Provide insightful commentary and recommendations based on financial analysis results
Prepare and review supporting schedules for internal and external SEC reporting
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and / or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Accounting
Focus on Consolidations and Sox Controls Compliance.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and cash flow analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills :
CPA designation
Public Accounting looking for industry or Combo experience
