General Manager OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Front Desk Supervisor. What will you be doing most days? Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as throughout their stay. Work proficiently on the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure seamless workflow. Handle all financial transactions securely, accurately, and with integrity, including credit card and cash transactions. Anticipate guests’ needs and go out of your way to maximize their experience. Collaborate with team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment. Ensure accurate and hospitable handling of reservations, check-in, check-out, and payments. Maintain proficient administration of the hotel’s electronic reservation system. Comply with hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency and security systems. Complete all required documentation, such as daily reports and checklists, in a timely manner. What are the requirements for this position? At least 2 years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist role. Passion for working with people and exceeding guest expectations. Ability to work well with others and enjoy being part of a team. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions to ensure the best guest experience. Physical Requirements for this Position This position is physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. Travel Requirements Minimal to no travel outside the property and surrounding area is required.
