General Manager OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Front Desk Supervisor. What will you be doing most days? Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as throughout their stay. Work proficiently on the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure seamless workflow. Handle all financial transactions—credit card and cash—securely, accurately, and with integrity. Anticipate guests’ needs and go out of your way to maximize their experience. Collaborate with team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment. Ensure accurate and hospitable handling of reservations, check-in, check-out, and payments. Maintain proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system. Comply with hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency and security systems. Complete all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) in a timely manner. What are the requirements for this position? At least 2+ years’ experience in a front desk/receptionist role. Enjoy working with people and going above and beyond for guests’ needs. Work well with others and enjoy being part of a team. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Problem solver and solution finder, committed to providing the best guest experience. Physical Requirements for this Position This position is physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. Travel Requirements Little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area required.
