Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in grades K-5 across two elementary school buildings. One site serves Kindergarten only, while the other serves grades 1-5. The buildings are within walking distance of each other, allowing for easy transitions between locations.
The OT will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct services, and maintaining documentation in accordance with each student’s plan of care.

Conduct student evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct occupational therapy services Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications
