Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a School-Based Therapist in Bangor, ME. This role offers the chance to provide essential mental health services to students within a school setting, while enjoying a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $60,000 - $93,500 (based on licensed experience) Quarterly Bonus: $2,500 (based on quality standards through the Provider Recognition Program) Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $5,000 to $15,000 (depending on experience) Relocation Bonus: Available, if applicable Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer contribution Paid for all school breaks, holidays, snow days, and in-service days throughout the school year Earned Paid Leave (EPL) for sick or personal time Continuing Education Support Professional, collaborative work environment Responsibilities
Monday-Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm during the academic year Option to furlough during the summer months or request short-term reassignment Provide counseling to students during the school year Address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges in a school-based setting Collaborate with school staff, families, and care teams on treatment planning Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings Includes administrative time and paid school closures Requirements
Maine licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT Experience with children or adolescents preferred Comfort working in a dynamic and collaborative care environment Commitment to supporting youth mental health in a school setting
