Low Slope Roofing Foreman -Right Hand Man

BASIC ROOFING QUALIFICATIONS: Able to travel for occasional out-of-town projects Able to pass initial drug screening and monthly drug screenings throughout employment; drug-free workplace Physically able to work in a variety of outdoor elements and weather conditions Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds safely Obtain basic math skills and mechanical ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools Comfortable working on high-pitched roofs, ladders, and working on high rise buildings FOREMEN QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of all roofing products and applications Leadership qualities to manage and lead a crew of 6-8 team members Organized approach to work; accurately process paperwork; meet deadlines Good communication and customer service skills SPECIAL NOTE: American Roofing & Metal works as a team where all associates pitch in as needed, regardless of job title. This position may include duties such as trash removal, job/truck clean up, truck loading and unloading, packing/hauling job materials, etc. We seek applicants who are willing to perform all tasks necessary to support the team.
