Basic Roofing Qualifications
Must be able to travel. Must be able to pass a drug test at all times. Must be able to tolerate the outdoor elements and weather conditions. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools. Must be comfortable with high-pitched roofs, ladders, and working on high-rise buildings. To be able to use SMARTPHONE APPS for the roofing industry. Foremen Qualifications
Knowledge of all roofing products and applications. Leadership qualities to manage and lead a large crew of 6‑8 team members. Organized approach to work; accurately process paperwork; meet deadlines. Good communication and customer service skills. Why Join Us?
