Responsibilities include:
Managing construction sites within your division
Overseeing field staff, safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, costs, quality, productivity, and company vehicle organization for assigned projects
Assisting in scheduling, training, and reviewing field personnel
Communicating with the superintendent, clients, and subcontractors
Ensuring warranty inspections and punch list items are completed; handling delegated customer issues
Supporting team performance management
Adhering to all safety requirements daily (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.)
Performing other assigned duties
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher in construction
OSHA 30 certification
English speaking; bilingual preferred
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Good oral and written communication skills
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights
Availability to work 40+ hours/week, including overtime
Reliable transportation
