Swiss Machinist

As a Swiss Machinist, you will operate various Swiss machines, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss, primarily producing orthopedic products such as bone screws. You will be responsible for ensuring parts are within tolerance and making necessary adjustments to offsets or tools. Materials primarily used include titanium, with some components made from stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek. You will be expected to check your own parts for quality assurance. Responsibilities: Operate Swiss machines to produce orthopedic products. Monitor and ensure parts are within tolerance. Make adjustments to offsets or tools as needed. Inspect parts for quality assurance. Collaborate with team members for machine familiarity. Essential Skills: Blueprint reading Experience with CNC Swiss machines Deburring skills Quality inspection proficiency Knowledge of G&M codes Ability to perform tool changes and machine offsets Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of recent experience operating CNC Swiss machines (Tsugami experience preferred). Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
