Job Description The Project Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects at the Andover site, including procurement and installation of new cGMP manufacturing equipment, laboratory and office renovations, utility modifications, etc. This role involves managing all project phases from initiation, funding requests, design, construction, qualification (if required), to closeout. The manager will facilitate project team meetings with internal teams (engineering, validation, maintenance, quality, operations, management) and external partners (engineering/design firms, construction firms, subcontractors). Managing multiple projects simultaneously, this position requires strong leadership, matrix management, stakeholder management, and communication skills across multiple organizations.

The key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational partners to develop milestones and resource plans.

Establishing project timelines and leading teams to achieve milestones.

Providing leadership in risk management, including assessment, communication, and mitigation of project risks.

Reporting on project status, schedule progress, budget performance, and forecasts.

Managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally, representing projects in governance forums and product teams as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

10+ years of capital project management experience.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint and Project.
