Location: San Marcos, California
Salary: From $100,000 annually
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (core reference time)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporation Administration Manager to oversee the corporate administration functions of a dynamic and growing company. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in Accounting and Finance, combined with the ability to manage Human Resources and general corporate administration.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in budget management, company operations, and, preferably, HR-related dispute resolution or litigation support. With the company's continued growth, this role will be key to ensuring sound governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage corporate administration, including accounting oversight. Handle HR-related matters, with preference for experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Oversee company-wide operations and administration. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with California labor law and corporate law. Collaborate with attorneys on corporate and labor matters. Provide insights and guidance for smooth business operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support leadership and company growth. Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of corporate experience (accounting, finance, or administration). Strong accounting background or proven experience in accounting management. Experience in budgeting and financial planning. Corporate administration and operations management experience. Knowledge of California labor law and corporate law. Experience collaborating with attorneys on HR or corporate issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. English fluency required; Japanese language ability is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Preferred Qualifications
HR background with hands-on experience in dispute handling or litigation support. Experience managing both financial and administrative functions in a growing company.
