Collaborate with the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to assess current and future hiring needs across various practice areas. Take charge of recruitment strategies for experienced hires and support campus recruiting activities, including career fairs and intern programs. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talented professionals in the public accounting field. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by offering valuable market insights and competitive intelligence. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to enhance candidate engagement and optimize time-to-hire. Responsibilities

Oversee the complete recruitment process for experienced hires, from sourcing and screening to negotiations and onboarding. Assist the Senior Campus Recruiter with planning recruitment initiatives like career fairs and candidate engagement events. Work closely with hiring managers to deliver recruiting solutions aligned with business goals. Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Ensure candidates enjoy a seamless experience by maintaining clear communication and providing interview preparation. Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Analyze and report recruiting metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Promote Berkowitz Pollack Brant as an employer of choice in the public accounting sector. Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting or professional services. Proven success in recruiting for both experienced hires and campus candidates. Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate the needs within accounting and advisory practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with precision. Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience in a public accounting or professional services recruiting environment. Demonstrated ability to create sourcing strategies and establish talent pipelines. A genuine desire for growth within Talent Acquisition and an interest in future leadership opportunities.
