What you will be doing:

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all production and facility equipment. Plan and coordinate all corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities. Create detailed work orders and job plans, including labor, materials, tools, and safety procedures. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to schedule maintenance windows that minimize operational disruptions. Work Order Management

Review, prioritize, and assign incoming maintenance requests. Track and report on work order progress and completion. Ensure all maintenance activities are documented according to food safety and compliance standards. Inventory & Procurement

Coordinate with the stores team to ensure parts availability and proper inventory levels. Generate purchase requisitions for materials, tools, and services required for planned jobs. Monitor lead times and stock usage to reduce delays and optimize inventory control. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure maintenance plans align with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA, BRC, etc.). Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, inspections, and equipment performance. Assist in audits and inspections by providing maintenance documentation and reports. Continuous Improvement

Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives. Work closely with engineering and production to implement process improvements.

What you must have:

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems); experience with SAP, EAM, or similar systems preferred. Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and reliability principles. Knowledge of food production equipment and utility systems (e.g., conveyors, mixers, refrigeration, boilers). Familiarity with food safety and compliance requirements (GMP, HACCP, etc.). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Salary/Rate Range:
