Job Title: NJ Transit Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant - Hybrid
Primary Skills: Oracle HCM technical, (not functional), systems analyst dev., Oracle Cloud HCM projects, incl. Core HR, Payroll, Oracle TA, TM Benefits & Ret, (OIC), OTBI, BIP,
train, mentor team, SQL.
Location: Newark, NJ (Local candidates to the Newark, NJ region. Please submit those who currently live within a commutable distance to Newark.
If candidate lives more than one hour from client site, will they relocate closer to the work site?)
Candidate must be available to work onsite 3 times a week as required.
Work address: Newark, NJ
Start details: 11/17/2025 or two weeks after hiring.
Duration: 5/31/2026 (May be extended)
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Interview: WebCam Only.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application.
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 10 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. Required.
- Certifications:
- Must have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Required.
- Expertise in systems analyst developer (with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules). Required. 10 + yrs.
- Expertise in implementation and support of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, incl. Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle TA, TM Benefits & Ret. Required. 7 + yrs.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Required. 7 + yrs.
- Experience in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports. Required. 7 + yrs.
- Experience training and mentoring Team. Required. 3 + yrs.
- Experience with SQL Programming. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Experience with Python. Highly desired. 3 + yrs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
