Job Title NJ Transit Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant - Hybrid
Location & Schedule Newark, NJ (local candidates within a commutable distance to Newark are preferred). Candidate must be available to work onsite 3 times a week as required. Work address: Newark, NJ. 3 days onsite per week.
Start date: 11/17/2025 or two weeks after hiring. Duration: until 5/31/2026 (may be extended).
Interview Format WebCam Only.
Required Skills
Overall IT experience: 10+ years.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
Systems analyst developer with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules.
Implementation and support of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, incl. Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle TA, TM Benefits & Ret.
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
Experience training and mentoring a team.
SQL Programming.
Python programming – highly desired.
Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
