A Snapshot of Your Day
The primary purpose of this position is to repair and maintain the complex machinery, machine tools and other plant equipment for Siemens Energy, Inc. in an optimum state of repair with maximum operating efficiency and minimum downtime.
How You'll Make an Impact
Diagnose and correct problems associated withequipment performance on hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and machinelubrication systems
Perform mechanical preventative maintenance(PM's) per the provided check-sheets for machines and equipment. May setmachine level and alignment checking methods and perform and requiredadjustments
Interpret detailed drawings/sketches,blueprints, manufactures specifications, etc. and figure out the necessarytools to perform required maintenance operations
Determine replacement parts and be able tosubmit part material requisition

What You Bring
Minimum education required: High School Diplomaor GED
Pass the Mechanical A Test
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance,perform installation, fabrication and repair to complex machinery, machinetools, cranes, conveyors and other plant equipment
Familiarization and training in Confined SpaceLOTO and high voltage
Obtain fork truck/crane license
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and any other test(s) required for the role.
