You will engage with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure that technical and quality requirements are met. Lead improvement initiatives and conduct audits to enhance business performance while addressing non-conformance issues. How You'll Make an Impact
You will define and deliver process andquality standards for equipment service programs in the repair andrefurbishment of Power Generation components.
Interpret and assess functional andperformance requirements to ensure compliance with specifications andassembly processes.
Evaluate non-conformance issues using rootcause analysis tools to develop effective corrective and preventive actionplans.
Provide technical advice and assessproduct or process controls to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,focusing on cost and cycle time improvements.
Lead quality direction and traininginitiatives for Siemens Energy employees, suppliers, and stakeholders tofoster a culture of quality.
What You Bring
You possess a strong understanding ofQuality Control, Assurance, and Management principles within the largerotating equipment industry.
Your experience includes applyingrisk-based thinking and continuous improvement methodologies, including 5Sand GD&T.
You are familiar with quality standardssuch as ISO 9001 and CSA N299, enabling you to develop inspection and testplans effectively.
You have strong internal auditing skillsand the ability to report on project and contract status using dashboardsand KPIs.
You are willing to travel up to 60% tosupport customer site outages, with durations ranging from 2 to 12 weeks.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
