Job Description
Assist in managing multifamily podium construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress. Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules. Conduct site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld. Assist in resolving issues or conflicts that arise during project execution. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the process.
