Job Description
Oversee all phases of retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives. Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to job sites. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
