You will be the hands-on expert responsible for the architecture, security, and performance of our core IT assets.

Network & Security Ownership:

Design, implement, and maintain our multi-site network and security infrastructure, focusing on

Cisco/Dell switching ,

Juniper , and

Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto) . Virtualization & Storage:

Manage and optimize the virtual server environment using

VMware vSphere (6/7/8) ,

SANs , and

vSAN

to ensure high availability and performance. Cloud & Directory Services:

Administer and optimize our

Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory (2012+)

environments, ensuring seamless integration and security. Resilience & Protection:

Oversee

firewall administration, endpoint security, and disaster recovery solutions

to safeguard company assets and maintain business continuity. Innovation & Automation:

Lead projects to implement cutting-edge solutions, including using

PowerShell scripting

and applying

AI/Machine Learning concepts

to automate and optimize IT tasks (a great chance to explore App Insights/Stream Analytics). Database Management:

Maintain and support

Microsoft SQL Server (2012+)

environments. Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex performance issues and ensure organizational reliability. Skills & Experience You'll Bring

This is a senior role requiring comprehensive experience across the infrastructure stack. Required Technical Expertise 5+ years

of progressive experience managing, maintaining, and securing diverse network and server infrastructure. Deep expertise in

VMware vSphere (6/7/8) , including SAN and vSAN technologies. Strong command of

Cisco/Dell Switches, Juniper, and Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto) . Proven experience administering

Microsoft Active Directory (2012+), Office 365, and Azure . Experience with

Disaster Recovery Planning

and advanced system optimization/troubleshooting. Proficiency in

PowerShell scripting

for automation. Experience with

Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) . Preferred/Bonus Skills Knowledge of tools like

App Insights and Stream Analytics . Familiarity with applying

Machine Learning/AI principles

to IT operational tasks. Experience supporting mixed environments, including

Macintosh and Linux
