Job Title: Project Manager

Overview:

Actalent is seeking to hire an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong background in electrical contracting, project management, and construction operations. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong safety leadership across all project phases

Manage contract administration and project documentation

Oversee project setup, labor coordination, and scheduling

Lead budgeting, estimating, and cost control efforts

Coordinate purchasing and subcontractor agreements

Track production and ensure quality control/assurance

Handle RFIs, submittals, and O&M documentation

Forecast project costs and manage billing

Process change orders and ensure timely project closeout

Required Skills & Tools:

Electrical construction and project management

Construction management principles

Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Revit MEP, and Spectrum software

Budgeting, estimation, and change order management

Experience with RFIs and construction documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for an Electrical Contractor

Background in electrical apprenticeship, journeyman/wireman roles, or foreman/general foreman leadership

Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred

Proven mentorship and team leadership capabilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
