LHH is seeking a highly organized and resourceful

Property Coordinator

to support the property and construction management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio, with a strong emphasis on

industrial and commercial assets . This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, vendor compliance, and tenant satisfaction across industrial sites and facilities.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary Range:

$70,000-$80,000/year Location:

Hybrid - Houston, TX 77002

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for industrial tenants and vendors, handling inquiries and payment processing

Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, including coordination with Yardi

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants in warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing spaces

Generate and track service contracts for industrial property and construction management

Maintain Brivo access control system for secure facility entry

Monitor insurance compliance for industrial vendors and tenants

Track utility usage across industrial properties to support sustainability and cost-efficiency

Distribute daily mail and support general office operations

Assist with ad-hoc projects related to industrial property operations and construction support

Required Skills & Abilities:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial-focused environment and manage multiple priorities

Solid understanding of commercial and industrial real estate operations

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Yardi software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Familiarity with access control systems and vendor compliance tracking

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in

industrial or commercial real estate

GED or High School Diploma required
