Job Description

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering required 15-20+ years of experience in Construction Ground-up experience Commercial, automotive, multifamily, warehouse, education, or health care experience Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications, contracts, drawings, legal agreements, etc. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients Extremely tech savvy and driven Ability to work with anyone Interest and skill set to train others What's on Offer
