About Our Client
My client is looking for construction leaders who can help oversee project teams and diverse construction projects. This person needs to have excellent leadership skills, a visionary mindset, and is invested in helping develope other construction professionals. This person also needs to have experience working with clients and managing there expectations. They will be involved in strategic planning, hiring, business development, owner contracts, etc.
Job Description
The Project Executive will:
Plan and implement project teams and projects Direct and lead the work of technical staff Evaluate new strategies and procedures Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects Meet with repeat clients to maintain relationship Oversee all project managers Assist the President with leadership tasks MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Successful Project Executive:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience 15-20+ years of experience in Construction Ground-up experience Commercial, mixed-use, industrial, healthcare, education, religious projects between $5-20M Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
