Office in Brookline, MA Projects throughout the Greater Boston area; primarily all 5 minutes from the office, along with projects in Lynn and Braintree Projects from $20M - $40M Projects: Academic, Historical Renovations, Smaller Multifamily, Restaurants, Healthcare Mid-size firm with owners coming from Large National GC, family owned business 30+ years in the industry Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs for construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Provide training and resources to employees on safety protocols and best practices. Investigate and report on incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to integrate safety measures into daily operations. Maintain updated records of safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation. Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure the company's safety policies align with current standards. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits. The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have:

5+ years experience in the Construction Industry Coming from reputable builder in the area A solid understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities to deliver training and collaborate with team members. A background in developing and implementing safety programs. Familiarity with incident investigation and reporting processes. What's on Offer
