Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures for construction projects in Brookline, MA. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide safety training and education to employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into construction plans. Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance. Promote a culture of safety through effective communication and leadership. The Successful Applicant
The successful Safety Manager should have:
A strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. Experience with academic and multifamily construction projects preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to analyze risks and implement proactive safety solutions. Certifications such as OSHA 30 or similar are a plus. What's on Offer
