Responsibilities:
Utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments Conduct testing and analysis related to electrical circuits, signal integrity, I-V and RF tests, and optical microscopy Manage procurement and inventory control of lab supplies and equipment Provide technical support, training, and guidance to lab technicians, engineers, and other team members Ensure compliance with ISO accreditations and audit requirements Generate detailed technical reports and deliver clear presentations Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science 4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipment Strong background in electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit design, I-V and RF tests), optical methods (Thermal and Light Microscopy), and design tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing, CT scanning) Expertise in lab equipment protocols, calibration, and configuration Experience in procurement and inventory management for laboratory supplies Knowledge of ISO accreditation processes and audit requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and across departments Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Python programming and foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Knowledge of materials analysis techniques such as DSC, TGA, XRF, and FTIR Proven laboratory management and operations experience
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$68.80 - $75.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
